PULSE

July 2025 confirms what the permit data telegraphed in April: the remodel surge is multi-year, not seasonal. The Wasatch Front operators with referral pipelines and licensed crews are converting permit activity into booked projects. The operators without those pipelines are watching the demand pass them by.

FOUNDERS

Archer Mechanical's March tech hire is the business decision that defined their July. The operator who hires before the demand spike captures the peak. The operator who hires during the spike is onboarding while the surge passes. Revenue is a trailing indicator — the decisions that drive it are made in the off-season.
